Lev v’Neshama

“And you shall love the Lord your G-d with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength” The heart has long been thought of as the home of all emotions, virtues and vices. The “V’ahavta” prayer tells us not just to love the Creator, but gives us a path to express our love fully. “With all your heart”- to love from the very core of our being “With all your soul”- to love with the energy generated from within directly connecting us with the Source “With all your strength” – to use our body and our spirit to express our love “Lev v’Neshama” shows “with all your heart, with all your soul” with a heart (בל) surrounded by soul (המשנ)
